Bring a Man to Nursery Day 2008

Friday 13th June was a special day in the Nursery. The children invited their Dad or another significant male to come with them to Nursery to take part in activities.

Did you know that only 3% of the childcare workforce is male? 'Bring a Man to Nursery Day' reinforces the value of positive male role models in young children's lives.

The men read stories, joined in 'Meet and Greet', played indoors and outdoors - a good time was had by all!

The day was so successful that we plan to do it again.
