Adventure Play Area

Our Adventure Play Area was installed in Spring 2006 and helps the children to develop physically as well as have fun! It also helps them to build confidence.

There are ropes and logs to move along in different ways. Holding on helps to develop upper body strength as well as balance.

All the children in Nursery and Pre-school visit the Play Area each week in small groups.

Daisy Chain use it every day.

Children can make choices about how they move over, under or through the equipment.

There is a rope tunnel and a wooden bridge that encourage the children to make up stories as they move around.
